Biography

Sandy Sihota is an associate practising in the areas of civil litigation, family law, and personal injury.

Sandy obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree at Simon Fraser University, majoring in Political Science in 2008. She then obtained her Bachelor of Laws at Kingston University London in 2009, in London, England. Sandy articled and practiced at a law firm in Richmond, B.C. prior to joining the Nordel Law Group.

Sandy has assisted her clients with some of their most serious litigation matters, including construction and builders liens; employment; debt collection; banking; products liability; warranty claims; real and personal property leasing; partnership disputes, contractual disputes, and family law.

As a litigator, Sandy has appeared before all levels of courts and tribunals in British Columbia. She prides herself on her pragmatic approach to successfully settling disputes along with her strong listening and negotiation skills. She is fluent in both English and Punjabi.

Sandy’s family law experience is extensive and includes all types of matters from separation agreements, division of assets, spousal support, and child custody issues. She brings sensitivity to these matters, but concentrates on delivering results for her clients.

Outside of work, Sandy enjoys outdoor activities, travelling, and critiquing films.
