Biography

Herbinder Dulay is a founding partner of Nordel Law Group who practices in the areas of real estate, corporate/commercial, wills, and ICBC personal injury law. Herb was born and raised in North Vancouver where he attended both elementary and secondary school.

In 1998, Herb earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in History and Criminology from Simon Fraser University. He then attended law school at Gonzaga School of Law in Spokane, Washington where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2001.

Herb became licensed to practice law in Washington State in September of 2001. After being licensed to practice law in British Columbia by the National Accreditation Committee, Herb commenced articling with Johnson Doricic Foster, a boutique criminal law firm.

He was called to the Bar of British Columbia in March of 2004. After completing his articles, Herb became a sole practitioner in Surrey at the York Business Centre and then practised as an associate at a small firm in Surrey. Herb’s practice is now focused primarily on residential and commercial real estate conveyancing and personal injury law.

Away from the office, Herb enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Herb also enjoys traveling, history, hockey, and jogging.
